Privacy policy

Humpy collects only what we need to take payment, ship the cable, and see which ads sent you. We do not sell your list.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, shipping address, the color and plug you chose, quantity, and payment status. Stripe handles the card. We never see the full number. If you join the email list or write us, we keep that email and message.

Ads and cookies

If you arrive from a video or ad, we store UTM tags and click IDs (such as fbclid, gclid, or ttclid) on the order so we know which post worked. Extra trackers only run if Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads pixels are turned on.

Who sees it

Stripe sees the payment. Our fulfillment desk sees the order so we can buy and ship. The supplier gets the shipping address so the parcel can leave. We do not sell or rent the list.

How long

Orders stay on file as long as we need them for shipping, refunds, and tax records. If you are only on the email list, you can ask to be removed.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your order, a correction, or a delete of your email list row. Use the contact page. After a paid order, we may keep the minimum needed to prove the sale.
